please help!! error code 0 when saving and error code 123:4a01697a:4adea999

Since yesterday, whenever I try and save my game, I get error 0. When I try and move/manage worlds, I get error 123:4a01697a:4adea999. My game is fully updated. I had mods in the past but I removed ...

For the second, please list the entire error code (as you have here), and describe the context where you see it, for example when you first try to load a save or when your sims travel to a certain lot.  If this happens when you load a save, list the lot where the sim should be at the time.
