So i pre-ordered the life and death expansion and have just noticed whilst playing that i do not have the pre-order bonuses like the music box and last in legacy portrait. Can anyone help if they have had this and know how to sort it. Thankyou
Are you sure you don't have them the music box is found under Audio in the Electronics category.
I also haven't received my bonus items. Please let me know if you've found them!

I play on PS console & this just happened to me yesterday during gameplay as well. I was building a home & once I moved my sim in, I received a few messages saying that I don’t own any of the bonus content (music box & portrait frame, etc.) anymore. I paid for the expansion pack a week prior to its release so I’m not sure what’s going on.

Me too, my difference is that I got everything on my old Mac but recently got a new MacBook Pro and the bonus content from Life and Death is not on it. Looked under audio for the box and filtered for L&D only and looked over every item for the family picture frame (easiest to see when searching throw that amount of items) plus also repaired the game twice without mods incase that worked but no. Lastly I have just uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App but still no items.
EA_CathIncase you would have missed my other message above, plus is eneba a trusted retailers? As that's who I bought it off and got the full Life and Death pack from (full as in with bonus stuff too, on my old Mac)
