Problem with TV

TV in house is all the time broken or work only few seconds after start game, Tv is impossible to repair by sim and by mechanic. After sim try repair tv he all the time make action of repair without any result untill I do not stop this action. Also function for change TV for new one doesn't work, the same after delete and putting new tv.

Before this problem start, sims didn't make action after click "watch tv", they only was able to watch tv after choose program to watch

    @Mell_Szabka 

    It happens that the game recognizes that some equipment is out of the house despite the fact this is at home.
    If you have a pack of "Seasons" and it is raining, this electronic equipment will not work.
    It happens if the house has structural defects, which do not allow to recognize the part of the interior of the house as a closed space. Move the TV away from this wall.
