Purchased pack doesn't show on EA app

Hi, everyone!

I bought The Sims 4 Get Together DLC yesterday, the payment went through successfully, but can't find it on my EA app library -- let alone to be able download it. When I clicked "Manage Add-ons" on EA app, the pack doesn't show, it doesn't even show "In library" when I check on the store. But when I checked Main Page in the game, it shows that I've already owned the expansion pack. Winderburg shows in grey color but when I clicked it says I haven't downloaded the world or something like that

I have tried these steps : 

- Clear cache on EA app

- Relogin on EA app

- Reinstalled the EA app

- Uninstalled The Sims 4, redownloaded and reinstalled it again -- still could not find it on my EA app library. No Get Together add-on ☹️

- I've checked my Order History in my Account, I can see the receipt of Get Together. So, the problem is not wrong login for sure. I only buy DLC through EA app -- no other third party

I read somewhere in this forum, this case sometimes happens and need time tp load on the server. But it's already past 24 hours. Can you help to fix this issue?

    No. Didn't get any notification to re-purchase the Get Together DLC again. It just doesn't show up on my Add-Ons list.

    While I also checked on the EA App, there's no "In library" sign on Get Together DLC, as if the purchase never happened.

    Yes! I've checked Order History, and the receipt is there. I did pay and purchase the DLC. I just doesn't show up ☹️

  • * mine showed up after update completed, and I signed out and resigned back in. Hopefully yours shows up as well if it is servers being slow*

    I’m having the same issue.I literally just tried to purchase Get To Work. Money was taken from bank account, and the receipt appears under my order history in EA website, but it is not appearing in my EA app, and when I go to the Get To Work add on page all it says is purchase as if I haven’t bought it. Did you purchase yours while the game was updating? My game is updating right now and I’m hoping I didn’t mess up by not waiting until the update was done.

    Come to think of it, yes, when I bought the DLC, the game was updating on the background to the neweat patch. Didn't think that it will be affecting anything.

    Does that mean I need to wait for the next patch and update? Then it will automatically appear?

    I just logged out, uninstalled, reinstalled EA app. When relogin, nothing changed.

    Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of what you're seeing in the EA app under the Manage Add-ons section for The Sims?

  • So what happened for me was since the game was mid update, it (I’m assuming) put the download on a back burner somewhere not visible. Then once the update was complete, I immediately signed out then back in, and it showed up under my manage game section, so I had to manually start the download. I saw a thing that says repair underneath the manage game option, it could be worth a try just in case theres something that went wrong during the patch.

    @Sniperxbabyy  Which pack are you missing, and where did you buy it, for example directly from EA or from a third-party seller?  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?
