Crashing Still

babylittletee​  Razer is a company that makes peripherals (mice, headphones, etc.) and software (Chroma, Cortext, Game Manager Service, etc.) that you can use with or without its peripherals.  You definitely have Chroma installed on this computer.  So please remove it.

To uninstall, open Windows Settings > Apps, find Chroma on the list, and click Uninstall.  Restart your computer before trying to play.
