@taniyjaa  Which packs are missing?  Do you own them through the EA App or Steam, and what about the packs that do load?  I'd actually like the names of at least a few of the affected packs.

Please also let me know whether you've ever installed the Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo.

@taniyjaa  Do you own any content on Steam?  Please let me know either way.

Please also run a search for the missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP12 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  (High School Years was the 12th expansion released.)  Once the scan finishes, which can take a few minutes, expand the window sideways until the full file paths are showing under each entry you see, as in, there should be no ... in the path, just the entire location.  Use Windows key-shift-S to capture the window, and attach the screenshot to a post here.

Please repeat this for EP04 , which is Cats & Dogs.

  • I'm having the same problems but with vampires, season, and tiny living, what would I need to search to find them?

@jollyjamie04  Please run the search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together, and post a screenshot of the results here.

@zmumzouille  Please run that search as well, the one described in post 14, and post the results.

This is what is showing, I know it's in the sims 4 demo but I'm not sure how/where to move it

@jollyjamie04  You actually have two copies of Growing Together installed, one of which looks like it's in the correct location.  So just open this folder:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo

and delete the EP13 folder inside.  Then clear the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game through the EA App: open your library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.

If Growing Together still doesn't load in-game, open your EA App library and click Sims 4, then select Manage > View Properties, and post a screenshot of what you see.

So I think that will work but it makes me redownload the packs and when I do it just goes back into the sims 4 demo after I've removed it from there. I've tried renaming it but it says that it's open somewhere else (even when it's not)

@jollyjamie04  Restart your computer and try to rename the Demo before opening the EA App.  If you still get the error, open the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService, then try again.

  • I don't own any packs through steam just ea play I bought sims 4 for steam and no packs will load
