@LustfullRageTotally understand not wanting to share private information and nor should it be shared. When I needed to share mine I blocked out the information about computer name / ID etc. Specifically interested in the operating system, processor and display devices. You can copy just that information to share leaving out any sensitive information. This will help us to better help you. 😇

Edit: Please note It is always safe to share a diagnostic report. Other than the machine ID the remainder is important to provide information that is vital in helping resolve issues.

@LustfullRage Please run the dxdiag again, click the "Save All Information" button at the bottom of the window, and attach the entire text file to a post here. You can delete the computer name if you want, but there's nothing else in a dxdiag that could possibly identify you or your system. (That also goes for BIOS, which is just your motherboard's own system.) There is barely anything useful in the two screenshots you've shared. And yes, we do need to see the GPU driver information you've blacked out, as well as the other driver entries later in the dxdiag, and some other info as well.
