If you click on sims 4 it will pop up the big screen where you can hit play scroll down to where it says "Extra Content". That will pop up all the different expantion packs and stuff packs. If you don't have it it will say "buy", and if you do have it, it will say "installed" and have a green check mark by it. It also shows if you are doing a game update.
