I have recently brought the high school years pack and it keeps saying restart to use and won't launch. I've tried lots of things to make it work

I've tried restarting the ea app. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I've tried repairing the games on sims 4. It says it's installed and I own it, but nothing has changed.

EA App isn’t available for Mac. Do you mean Origin or are you on Windows? This is the Mac forum. Sorry. I have a PC.

Moved to the PC forum. Your issue may need to be moved to the EA App forum but a Hero here will know better than I 🙂 @Dawnadf Where did you buy High School Years: Origin, the EA App, or Steam? Do you own any Sims 4 content in Steam?

I bought it from the EA app, and yes I have sims demo.
