@Marilia0605 So the Go to Work button doesn't in fact work? Sorry, I thought that since the second screenshot doesn't have that button, that might be the issue.
It's still possible the issue is mods or custom content. Try testing with no mods or cc: move the entire Mods folder to your desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and see whether the sim can go to work. You can use "save as" and rename the save beforehand, so you're testing on a spare copy while the main one remains intact.
@puzzlezaddict I moved my mods in the desktop and I checked all 1 by 1. I found which one isn't working so I deleted it and now he can go to work. Thankyou so much for your help! 🙂
