Re: loading house causes game to crash

@tferg1974 Did you test without cc ? Maybe it's something you're only using on that save.

There's a shelf (OMSP) that's know to make the game crash and needs removing/updating

  • @crinrict - Yes, same here. I actually just came back to post this... after removing CC in batches I narrowed it down to Amoebae's OMSP Shelf (it's the red one). If anyone's looking for it in their mod's folder it's named: "amoebae - OMSP Shelf.package". I realise this may not be the same solution for everyone but hopefully it's helpful to someone 🙂

Hm, I don't have that shelf in my cc. I have some cc for cas that wasn't showing up in the game yesterday, but I haven't done anything today. I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem, but I'll try remove my cc in for that save.

@vremshi Best is to create your own thread, providing the following info

    1. Your Computer's DxDiag
    2. If you have, the following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\lastcrash.txt
    3. The following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\config.log

You can upload DxDiag and config.log directly to your post.

For any lastCrash files, either create a rar file and upload that or copy/paste the content of the file to a post inside spoiler tags (the icon next to the strike-through)
