I've just started having this issue too. Exactly the same setup, and all other occults eye options show up in CAS like normal. Just Spellcasters. I've tried all of the above, repaired everything. So far, my bandaid fix has been to just apply CC eye colours in the makeup tab of CAS but it's annoying to have to go and do it for every outfit.
