Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I exited the game in order to fix lunch, go to log back in and my save files are there.... But all of my expansion packs and stuff packs it is saying I don't own them. I force shut down the EA app, restarted it with "run as administrator" and everything is still gone.

I try to submit a ticket, and it points me to the forums... So here I am...
