we also have the same issue all origin games worked perfectly then we had to restore our computer back to original settings after an issue which is now completely resolved. now we have reinstalled the origin and the games (that worked fine previously) they now have pink, blue and black lines running through the graphics only on Sims 4. I have done the above as stated to the other person. I would appreciate your help with this issue as I have paid for a years origin access that I can no longer use many thanks

After restoring the computer all updates need to be made again. Your graphic drivers are from 24-06-2010, so you would probably benefit from updating those. Try that and return back to tell us if it worked or not 🙂
