@chapscher   A couple of things you can try if you haven't already:

Place out different lamps
Place out more lamps

Adjust the colour and intensity on the lamps

Adjust the position of the lamps in regards to the objects to be lit

Adjust your graphic settings (I tried all of them, but did not see much of a difference, but for instance try: Post-processing; Lighting; Resolution)

Check that your graphic card fulfill the recommended specifications for the game

But I also read in this thread that outdoor objects, like bushes and Seasons decorations, are dark when placed indoors; and that it reportedly is by design by the developers:

And while I do not have the pack Jungle Adventure, that I think your objects are from, are they not outside decorations? You could try placing them outdoors in sunlight, and see if they are brighter lit then; and choose indoor decorations for indoor use if so.
