@mja1991 Are you using Origin or the EA app?
The ea app
So I was having this issue, then I stupidly realized that my HD that I had the game on had ran out of disk space. So I deleted a few games off of it that I don't really play much, and poof! I went in to manage my add ons and they happily downloaded as they should. I couldn't even buy anything from the EA app while I didn't have space on my drive, it was really weird, and it never gave me any warning about why it wasn't working. Just dumb.
Check how much space your HD has available.- TheIllusionexe562 years agoSeasoned Newcomer
How do I check my HD space?
@TheIllusionexe56 Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and scroll down a bit if necessary. You'll see the free and total space on each installed drive.
