Re: Why are the new sims 4 packs I just bought not downloading properly

So I was having this issue, then I stupidly realized that my HD that I had the game on had ran out of disk space. So I deleted a few games off of it that I don't really play much, and poof! I went in to manage my add ons and they happily downloaded as they should. I couldn't even buy anything from the EA app while I didn't have space on my drive, it was really weird, and it never gave me any warning about why it wasn't working. Just dumb. 

Check how much space your HD has available.
