Receiving error code after update

After the update I received this error code and will not allow me to play. Either game will crash or act like it's creating a new game and pop with more error to exit back to main menu. I bac...

KRoff90  Please put the EA App in offline mode and launch the game, then disable automatic SDX updates.  (Sims Delivery is a category in the game settings.)  Reboot in online mode and let me know which problems, if any, are still present.

    puzzlezaddictIt still pops up with the same error message offline and again when going back online. When disabling automatic SDX updates it reverts itself back after saving. It's not wanting to save any changes.
