[RESOLVED] Kits/SP: Kit won't Download/wants to buy again/ Content Gone

Heya! Just got off of web chat from EA, their support was awesome however it didn't work. I was wondering whether anybody here (EA official or not) could offer further support as the webchat fun...

    Hi everyone!

    The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

    I'm having the same issue. purchased the throwback fit kit and downloaded it. I then gave a sim some of the clothes for her outfit. Restarted the game some days later and the clothes are gone. I still have the email and purchase history where it says I paid for this kit, but now in game and on origin it says I do not own it and doesn't show up in the game anymore.
