Hi everyone!
The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I bought the country kitchen kit a week ago and saw it in game just fine, I used and loved it, and all the items that I placed a few days ago are still there but now the game AND origin are saying that I never bought it, even though I have receipts for it. I tried restarting my computer, the game, and origin all with no luck. I thought it was just a me problem but apparently others are seeing this too.
My issue is consistent with this thread. Tried deleting the cache and repairing to no avail. I purchased all three kits and only the throwback is showing up as purchased and installed.
I am having the same issue. It showed up fine the day that I bought them, but now on origin and in-game they will not show up. No mods are installed, I have tried the fixes previously listed in this post.
Same problem, country kitchen kit and bust the dust are showing I never purchased but I have receipts in my email that I did.
I even tried reinstalling origin and the game, but it wont show that I bought the kits, even though I was playing with them yesterday.
I'm having the exact same problem. Loaded my game and noticed I had content missing, when I looked at the main menu it showed up that I don't own the Kits - I bought all three. I'm currently waiting to talk to EA Help.
Same issue, all 3 purchased, none showing as owned yet I was playing them 5 hours ago ☹️
