The issue with the Kits should be fixed now. If you haven't yet had a chance to check, please see if you can download the Kits you purchased. They should now be available for you.

I am having this problem but its with the new Kits that just came out, like i have the receipt in both emails and on the ea accounts, but on origin and in game it says that i don't own them anymore. i don't understand what happened they were all working perfectly fine. I am freaking out because ya'll took my money and then took the content away?!?!

What happens when the bug occurs? it's saying im missing build items from country living that i have bought and installed
What do you expect to see? the household loading without the pop up and the country living pack present

I have country living installed after I bought it. I loaded a household that uses those items but it's showing that I do not have it installed.
yea I own all 3 kits, worked good for days then suddenly Origin says I don't own them now? keeps saying "Items Removed" One or more so on ect I logged off for hour and reload save and BAM! teen in under wear at a night club.. sigh
I purchased them again, so that I could play. It doesn't seem to have charged my bank yet, and I did get the content back. Odd thing is it didn't d/l again, as I actually did have the kits installed. Possibly just an issue with the owned / unowned tracking?
Lots of people are experiencing this issue - my entire Twitter timeline is basically people sharing the exact same problem. I’m sure it will be noticed by EA and fixed very soon. Hang in there! ❤️
I paid for and downloaded all 3 kits and I had a game going. I came back today to play some more and came to find out that the kits were removed because they said I didn't own them. I went into my paypal account and found that I was double billed for them and one payment is pending. Not sure how to fix this. I'm not to happy about this.
The same thing happened to me. I logged off yesterday and everything was fine. Now today when I started my game all three of my kits are gone and I had a pop up that mentioned missing items and my sim is missing several outfits and articles of clothing all of which were items from the new athletic wear kit. I went to re-download them but the only option is to buy them again and I’m not doing that. I want what I already paid for, or a refund. I am not happy.
It wouldn't hurt my feelings if bust the dust disappeared forever......
Same here, I just logged on and I am missing all three of my Kits and my kitchen is empty because I used the new kit to design it!
going on twitter and realized there is several people with the same issue. i'm sure EA will fix this eventually but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Seems like the only option is waiting it out and not playing those particular save with the kits until it is fixed.
Same thing happened to me. Played three hours ago and all the kits were in my game (bought all three when it came out) but not it only says items deleted and it's like I never bought it.
I took my mods folder out, after working all day on a build, and suddenly the kitchen kit I purchased was not in my game and my ENTIRE KITCHEN disappeared!
