Retail doesn't work after update

It just doesn't, when my sims visits a store it can never buy anything. When mousing over an item, the icon of a price tag shows up but there is no options, nothing happens when clicking. This is happening in every retail lot I have in different worlds, doesn't matter if one of my sims owns the shop or not. Doesn't matter the item too, be it collectibles, art, furniture... nothing can be bought.

Can build up a shop, markup items, and everything else - just buying the items is not possible anymore for me after this last update.
