royalty and legacy pack not showing up
SO, i bought the Royalty and legacy pack today, and in the EA app it says i've bought it as well. But when i launch the game, its no where to be seen. I've restarted the ea app, did the stuff with th...

aname1024 To be clear, the EA App still shows R&L as owned and installed under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? Please check again now just to be sure. If the pack is gone, it's possible your purchase got stuck processing. You can check your order status on ea.com, under Account Settings > Payment & Wallet > Order History.
If the pack does show as installed, please search for its folder. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP21 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
