aname1024 Just checking, but does the purchase still show as Completed in your purchase history? Sometimes there's an issue after the fact, like a bank rejecting the transaction with some delay.
Please also start a new save and see whether you can find any of the content: the world, CAS items, Build/Buy items, gameplay features. There are certain other issues that can make some of the content not show up, especially in older saves, when the pack does in fact load overall.
It is completed in my purchase history. And it went through with my bank.
I've been checking to see if any of the solutions worked by opening a new save and seeing if any new content is there/the pack filter is accessible
