Did they solve it? I’m having the same issue!
Nope! They said that they're aware of the bug now and they're gonna start working on a fix. No eta, and it's been almost two weeks. I'm honestly really mad and upset.
yea they told me the same I decided to try again all day and I've still got no where at this point I want my money back

Dude. Same. Got the same problem and these packs aren't showing in the marketplace so it all started when they made the update that brough it. I hope they truly are working on it. How do I report the bug too? Maybe if they see more people complain about the same thing they'll be quick about it.
