Any update to this? I'm having the same issue. I pre-ordered R&L and haven't been able to use it at all. It shows as purchased and installed on the EA app on my pc. Tried repairing the game. Deleting cache. Now I'm trying to uninstall everything and reinstall.

kaky_pants If you check your Owned Content section in the Marketplace, is your pack showing as deactivated there?
