save infinity load
I don't have avy mode or cc . from latest update I cant play , when I launch my family I am suck in infinity load. loading screen seems to be responding, but after 25 min I am already in loading

missisakio Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to load this household and see whether you get a new lastexception. If you do, copy its text and paste it into a reply here.
Please test with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or custom content at all.
