Save/upload to gallery error message

What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I try to save or upload to the gallery I get an error message. I can download from the gallery just fine however. I’ve restarted my computer a dozen times. I turned off all mods, I repaired the game. Nothing works. I really want to save this build
What do you expect to see? My build in the gallery
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
