Scrolling Is Glitching/ Lagging

My game doesn't seem to lagg anywhere else, except for scrolling when I move in, out, around, and edge scrolling. How should I fix this?

    @ooSOCCERoo
    Your graphics card is very weak. Theoretically, the game should not even turn on. Set the graphics options to minimum in the game options.

      @ooSOCCERoo , rather, the game will not go. This laptop is primarily suitable for office work.
