Sim became mannequin-like in CAS in every outfit except of everyday

Okay, I downloaded an amazing sims from Gallery but unfortunatelly I have this in every outfit except of everyday one. I can change only clothe, any changes in hairstyles, makeup etc doesn't show up ...

    @Anna10vely Do you remember what Sim that was ? (Creator/Name)

    Sounds like the user that uploaded used some mod and that reverted to a mannequin in your game.

    Probably that's maybe the case. Yes, I know who is it and I added comment under that creation.

    Problem is kinda solved by creating genetic twin in CAS, every features in copied but everything is okay
