Sim became mannequin-like in CAS in every outfit except of everyday

Okay, I downloaded an amazing sims from Gallery but unfortunatelly I have this in every outfit except of everyday one. I can change only clothe, any changes in hairstyles, makeup etc doesn't show up ...

Sounds like the user that uploaded used some mod and that reverted to a mannequin in your game.
