sim will not go to the upper level of the home/ or travel home from work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.0
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the game packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When i try to send my sims to bed he will not leave the lower level. Or when i try to send my sim home from the bar he will not travel home
What happens when the bug occurs? the action x out
What do you expect to see? I expect for my sim to be able to travel and or go to the next level of their homes
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

of their home to a go to bed or sleep. The sim is stuck in the location

i last played them in  after i download the new expansion pack
