Sims 4 - Get Famous - no fame increase
Yo, my sim isn't gaining fame beyond Notable Newcomer. They are constantly streaming their drone and occasionally doing extra fame actions, but the bar isn't filling an iota beyond Notable Newcomer.
This is the second file I have that's doing this. In both cases, the Sim went for the Networking perk. Most actions involving gaining fame points give the floaty green star of good publicity but there doesn't seem to be any bonus for interacting with other celebrities. Neither sim in either save has gained a quirk, neither had stepped out of the spotlight.
I have checked that sims can gain fame points in the options... any ideas?
