I was going to say Reset 3D profiles and/or clean install drivers.... but Green and Red back to back like that... mmmmm still you can try that.
Does this game have a "Windowed FullScreen" mode in the options? Try that perhaps. If the game somehow doesn't have Windowed Fullscreen or a setting similar.. just use Windowed to test to see.
*edit* haha the color of your icons are Green and Red too
I've started out in fullscreen, then tried switching to windowed full screen, and then straight up windowed. All three have the issue.
