Sims 4 bundle not showing up in game despite shown as downloaded in Origin

Packs are showing up as downloaded in origin and owned in the game. However the game is still telling me that the uninstalled packs are downloading and to check origin for progress. I check origin in...

@EA_Mai Well I tried reinstalling and I'm still having the same issue.
Did some more research and found that it was a firewall issue. McAfee wasn't allowing enough access. Thanks for all your help!

@EA_Mai Origin is saying it should be under Origin Games but I found it under the Electronic Arts. Weird! Should I try and reinstall under Origin Games?

@EA_Mai Well I tried reinstalling and I'm still having the same issue.

Did some more research and found that it was a firewall issue. McAfee wasn't allowing enough access. Thanks for all your help!
