8 years agoHi @QueenSunday,
Origin seems to be in a playful mood for you today, let's try to get it to a 'focused' mood instead 😉
We are going to clear Origin cache, ok? Please, follow these steps:
- First, make sure you can view hidden files and folders:
- Hit the Start button (or press Win + X for Windows 10).
- Click on Control Panel.
- Click on Appearance and Personalization, then Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and click OK to save the change.
- If Origin is running, close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar then Exit.
- Click Start, then Computer, then double-click (C: ) to open the C:\ drive
- Open the ProgramData folder, then the Origin folder, and delete all the files and folders inside it except for LocalContent.
- If you’re on Windows XP you’ll find the ProgramData folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Electronic Arts\
- Go back to C:\:
- Open the Users folder,
- Open the folder with your username,
- Open AppData,
- Then Roaming,
- Then Origin
- Delete all the files and folders inside.
- Go back to the AppData folder:
- Open the Local folder,
- Open the Origin folder
- Delete all the files and folders inside.
Once done, open your game and try again. Are your packs showing as installed in-game now? 🙂

Do you know how to do this for Mac?

@Bella_Marie_2003 You can run the Origin reset tool for macOS, which clears out the cache files as well as a few others.

If that doesn't help though, please describe your issue more fully. Can you launch the game, and if so, what content is missing? Does is show as owned in your Origin game library? What happens when you try to install it?
