@juancarlonavarro  Your computer is borderline of meeting the minimum requirements.  for sims 4.  You may get it to work, but you will need to run everything at it lowest settings possible. and even then it may be hard to play.  After reviewing you Graphics your under spec for the sims 4.

That's so sad to hear. I guess I really made a bad choice in choosing my laptop.
