Sims 4: Career Panel Glitch + Sim won't throw trash away/ Clean dishes

Yes. I have trashcans on lot. Drag and drops won't work, even debugged them. But my biggest issue is this....What happened and what should I do? I haven't downloaded any new CC. Everything was working before the new "Look". Give me a minute. I'm going to try and screen shot it and put it here for all to see the career panel ETC.  Picture attachment Below.

Edit: FIGURED OUT THE UI issue. IT WAS a mod that I don't remember downloading and don't know why it was there. It was a UI_Cheat_Exstention
