Sims 4 CAS sliders and rotating slider/In-Game Cinema Camera are moving too fast

My computer just updated to the latest windows 10 patch that was released either yesterday or the day before.

I decided to play the sims to look at the new mods and cc i downloaded but when i rotate the sim, or use they sliders on them, they move too quickly and act all wonky and does stuff i didn’t command them to do. Everything is just really sensitive now!

I also went into live mode and the cinematic camera is doing the same thing! I removed my mods and it still did it! I repaired the game and it’s still doing it! At them moment, i decided to uninstall my game and reinstall it to see if it helps! It may be windows 10 itself, but i just need to know if anyone has any other solutions or do i might need to call microsoft/windows themselves?

  • I’m having this exact same issue after the windows update and I’ve tried everything! I don’t know what else to do to try to fix and I’m so annoyed because it makes impossible to use cas. I’ll let you know if I find a solution to it😓

  • @jpkarlsen How do I do that?

I had the same issue last year around when the new university pack came out but all I know is that it cannot be the University pack. I fixed it somehow and I’ve forgotten what I did. It isn’t a mod for all I know and it isn’t my mouse either!

I soon stopped playing the sims 4 because I later got attached to another that I started playing for the next few months. I like to switch back and forth with my games. I had uninstalled the sims 4 and later started wanting to play it again! I opened it up the first time with only the sims 4, no other expansion, stuff or game pack and not having put a single mod in the folder. It was fine! Well that was until I started loading the rest of the games and put the mods in that it started having that problem again!

ive tried playing the sims 4 on 3 different computers and none work anymore. You’re not alone. :’(

In Origin rightclick the game. Select Game properties. and remove the check by Enable Origin in game...
