Sims 4 cheats,CC and Mods won't work?

All of these used to work but randomly stopped. I have tried deleted all my cc and mods (in case one off them broke the game). That did nothing. I have also tried uninstalling Sims 4 and then installing it again. That didn't work either. I don't know what else there is to do?
