Sims 4 Crashes after 5-10 min in build or live mode

I have been having a full computer crashing issue since the update for Enchanted by Nature came out. But it seems to have gotten even worse after this latest patch. I started a new game and I can get through CAS just fine. But when I go to build a house the game crashes after about 5-10 minutes. No last exception file is generated. Things I have already tried: Graphics drivers updated, memory tested, using a fresh sims 4 documents folder, repaired the game, turned off usage sharing, turned off new memory feature in game settings. I am also running in DX11 mode. I made sure Defender isn't blocking the app. I took all mods and cc out of my game before updating and installing newest expansions and did not put them back in yet. This crash happens with no cc or mods at all. I never had any issues running the game before even with 70GB of mods installed so I know my machine can run the game. It used to run just fine. There is no last exception file being generated so all I have is my DxDiag log to share. It does mention a memory leak.

If that doesn't help, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor.  Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day.  Today is on the right.

Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash, after you connected the monitor to the GPU.  If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here.  If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
