sims 4 crashes during gameplay
Sims 4 crashes during gameplay. I have tried Resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling. Moved the options. ini file and everything worked ok until I moved the saved files. Then it crashed after a few min into the game. Tried moving one set of save files at a time and got same results. Also did the game repair. I play multiple households and they are all full. Have played 1190 hrs and had only one issue until now. Plz help as I do not want to start over ☹️ Thank you

Then I would look into getting one of the cards that are black on this list: http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/774696/updated-supported-graphics-card-list-the-sims-4-edition/p1
Do research what fits into our computer. The power supply has a certain voltage and you need to make sure that the card complies with that.
tagging @CodySimstein to give you further tips on that.
