Sims 4 Crashing in build mode

Hi! I am looking for some help with my Sims game. Whenever I'm in build mode, if I try to place certain objects the game will freeze and then crash. It wasn't so bad for a while and I knew what objects to avoid, but now it's just getting to be too much and I'm tired of it! I feel like I've tried everything that I can think of. Including removing CC and mods, lowering graphics,  repairing the game, etc. 

I have run the Dxdiag and I have no idea what I'm looking at 😂

Please help if you can!

    BaileyCorin  Thanks for the dxdiag.  Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode.  Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

    I have the same problem, but it doesn’t concern specific objects. I’m in build mode, and after a while, no action works anymore, and the game freezes, so I have to force quit. This has been happening for several days now—it can happen after an hour or just five minutes. I don’t use any CC or mods, I have repaired the game, and I tried the solution mentioned above, but it didn’t change anything.
