Sims 4 crashing in live mode

Sims 4 sometimes crashes in live mode when I change speed. It can happen the 2nd time I change speed, 3rd time 4th time, etc. I cannot play for more than 30 min before the game crashes. It may also crash when I change to a different sim in my household or when I move the camera around too much.  My system meets all the requirements and I have tried deleting unplayed households, but the game still crashed. I tried reinstalling, repairing, turning it to offline mode, disabling Origin in game. None of these methods work.

Before this problem, the game keeps crashing when my sims travels and I solved this problem by moving that household from Willow Creek to Oasis Springs.  All of these crashing problems might have started occurring when I had to reinstall Origin and Sims 4 after my dad uninstalled them. Or it might have been the recent update that caused it because both events occurred on the same day.

Edit: As I try to play it more, it seems like the crashing is completely random and it crashes no more than a minute into the game (in live mode). I can go on CAS and build houses just fine.

    Let's see if a DXDiag reveals anything.

    To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, please follow the steps below:
    1.  Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
    2.  You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
    3.  Type dxdiag in the text field
    4.  Click OK
    5.  If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click the button Run 64-bit DXDIAG (see screenshot below)
    6.  If your computer has a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available

    64-bit Users will notice the "Run 64-bit DxDiag" button in the bottom-left next to "Help" and should click it once it becomes available.  32-bit Users will not have this as a visible option.
    Once you have an open DXDIAG report, there are several pieces of information that are especially helpful in pinpointing the cause of game performance issues:
      • The main page of the DXIDAG is the System tab. On the System tab, make a note of what is written next to Operating System, Processor, and Memory. Those three pieces of information are the key components of the System tab.
      • Next, click on the Display tab. On the Display tab (seen in the screenshot below) please note the information written next to the word Name. Finally, on the right-hand side of the Display tab is a Drivers heading. Please note what is written next to the word Date.

    If you have any trouble reading the DXDIAG file yourself, you can save all the DXDIAG info as a text file and send it to an EA advisor for more assistance.

    7.  Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
    8.  Save this text file to your Desktop if possible, then go to hastebin.com and copy the contents of the file.
    9. Give us the link of the paste in a reply to this thread. 🙂

    It looks like your video card could use an update! Try having AMD automatically detect your card and update it: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

    I found this driver, which may be the one you need, but if you'd rather be safe than sorry, you can do the auto-detect feature in the link above.

    Downloaded AMD, and it did install a few drivers, but my game still crashed. I guess I'll try the second link.

    Edit: the second link resulted in the same download as the first one.

    Edit: here's the report I got: http://hastebin.com/voqanuhata.pas Does "final status: Success" mean the drivers have been installed?

    @raynechii Well, your computer is really toeing the line of the minimum specs, so it's entirely possible that the game becomes too demanding in resources for your computer to handle. Have you tried to lower the settings of the game to reduce the load on your system? Similarly, try disabling unnecessary programs (such as closing your browser).

    Weird, I  played on Ultra mode for 200 hours with no problem. I guess I'll go try lowering the settings then.

    EDIT: Lowering settings to the lowest possible didn't work, game still crashed.
