Sims 4 crashing when starting up
hi ive been having the same problem and ive tried everything you had written as a solution, including those basic checks of my windows system files.

To confirm, you've tested the game with a clean user folder, with nothing added back to it, and it still crashes? And you've run DISM and sfc, and sfc either "did not find any integrity violations" or "found corrupt files and successfully repaired them"? (That may not be the exact wording.) I ask because the errors in your dxdiag are not that specific, but the next step would be a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game.
