sims 4 dine out bug

Question

I had base game with dine out. One of my sims owned a restaurant and it was running smoothly and then the update came. After that, every time I open the restaurant, the chefs stand outside the restaurant for at least one sim hour or so and then they come in and start cooking. Then I bought seasons and downloaded it. Now, when I go dine out, there are no servers. The chef still wait outside for a sim hour. The host seats them, but no sim to take the orders. Please help with this problem. No one owns the restaurants anymore. I had my sim sell it since this bug with the chefs standing outside but now I can't even dine out. I'm starting to wonder if it was a mistake buying this pack.

For the servers, did you check if they are stuck somewhere at spawning point ? Do you have all restaurant items necessary ?

Have you tested several restaurants or just one (for the servers) ?

I didn't check all restaurants. I only owned one restaurant. I will check to see if the restaurant have all required equipment. Thanks.

I downloaded a maxis restaurant and had my sim dine out. It's the same with the chefs. They stand outside for almost 2 hours. My sims ordered and had to wait another hour for the chef to come in and start cooking and then they were served almost an hour after that. How can we cut down on this dine out time. It takes forever.

The waiters are present now. Idk what that was about before. I still have the chef problem.
