Sims 4 error code: 104:a721ea15:b1c7379a

I recently bought Realm of magic and at first everything worked fine, but now whenever I travel/teleport to the magic realm I get this error code: 104:a721ea15:b1c7379a

Ive tried deleting all CC/Mods (All of my cc/mods are pets and pet clothing, none are script mods) I tried clearing my cache several times, and repairing the game, and it still shows up. I can travel anywhere else just fine (including glimmerbrook) but just not the realm of magic. ☹️ 

I have Cats&Dogs, Seasons, Realm of Magic, and My First Pet stuff. I’m playing on Windows 10 btw

    @Tiara393 Tried your save and was able to duplicate the error.

    Trying it twice though let me enter the realm.

    So, try go through the portal --> Receive error --> Load the family again --> Try go through the portal --> Successful load

    Hi @Tiara393 

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Put back your save game only and try again. If it works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    If it doesn't work, please upload your save to google or one drive and PM me the link.

    Error 104:a721ea15:b1c7379a
    My Sim { Spellcaster } accepted an invite to a talent showcase at Stargazer Lounge. She stayed until the event ended. I clicked the "return home" button. Instead of appearing at her home lot the game took me to the home screen with an error pop-up. I simple chose her home world and selected her home lot and all was well.
    No magic and no magic options were used/enabled.
