Sims 4 error code 135dcc40:29f00e76:00000084:08a1dd

I was playing before the 2nd week of the Reaper event started and everything was fine. I came back to it a few hours later and now the game will not start for anything I keep getting the error code 135dcc40:29f00e76:00000084:08a1dd

I followed all of the instructions about repairing, uninstalling EA app, running CCleaner and the game still will not start without that error message popping up. Did Ea mess something up with the starting of the 2nd Reaper week? I ask as no other games or programs are having this problem just Sims 4.

I have no mods only the packs that came from EA and I have never had this error before.
