There's a recent Windows 10 Update that might have adjusted permissions when launching Origin games; crinrict actually created a how-to document on how to resolve this.

Aaah alright I understand..
Well we tried to fix it, but on the link it says we need a certain map from Documents\Electronic Arts
But she doesnt even have that map on her computer..
Does she get that map when she has started up a game or how does it work?
So we cant do those things just because she doesnt have that map to even try to fix it.
We wondered if it can have something to do with that she bought it from her old Macbook computer, but now she has a windows desktop computer?
I dont think thats a problem..but i just wanted to ask you if you knew something about that.

If she's in a Windows environment, it will be in the following location (Provided the game is installed on the C:\ drive. )
C:\Users\(UserName)\Documents\Electronic Arts
(UserName) is the name used to identify the user in Windows, so replace (UserName) with whatever the user's name is in Windows.
That directory (Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) is where all saves, mods, screenshots, pretty much all saved/customized data is stored; it also saves configuration settings, game version, and exception records (Usually used for crash troubleshooting.)

For some reason we found the map after she started the "sims 4 demo" and we tried every step on the link you gave me but it still doesnt work..
So we have absolutely no idea what to do now..
But if someone can figure it out, please tell me.
