Sims 4 Get to Work missing

Thanks for taking the time to share some context! It sounds like you got the Get to Work pack through Xbox Game Pass, and since it isn't letting you download despite working before, you'll want to confirm that your Game Pass is still active. 

If it is active and you used to access the game through game sharing, please also confirm whether game sharing is still enabled on the device that owns the game.

My Get to Work expansion disappeared from my library and now EA App asks me to buy it again

I never had an EA membership when I bought the Get To Work pack and still after trying everything I could over the last couple months to get it back I never got the pack back. $40 down the drain and can't play any existing playthroughs due to no longer supposedly owning the DLC anymore. I wish there was more you guys could do to help. I never had an issue with any other DLC besides the Get To Work pack. 

When I update my game after not playing for a while some of my expansions packs go missing and I have to talk to an agent to get them back. I always have gotten them back but I just updated my game and the "Get to work" pack was missing from my game and purchase history. I had no proof that I brought it and all the agents I spoke to couldn't find any history of it on my account. Is there any way I can get it back without having to pay again and how do I stop this from happening in the future?
